南川河綜合治理工程規(guī)劃



       南川河流經(jīng)青海省湟中縣和西寧市，是湟水河的一級(jí)支流。受自然條件以及人為因素影響，南川河大南川水庫(kù)引水口至謝家寨橋段存在河道行洪能力不足、污水直排、含沙量大、濕地退化和景觀性不足等問(wèn)題。受湟水流域（西寧段）綜合治理管理委員會(huì)委托，我公司承擔(dān)該段河道的綜合整治工程。按照“治寧方略，水為大政”的要求，本著“合理規(guī)劃、標(biāo)本兼治、綜合治理、突出重點(diǎn)、適地開(kāi)發(fā)、體現(xiàn)特色、彰顯文化”的原則，本項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展河道防洪工程、截污干管工程、河川廊道修復(fù)工程和河道景觀工程，形成南川河完善的防洪體系，修復(fù)南川河河川生態(tài)廊道，減少河流污染物及泥沙對(duì)河流生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響，借此提升兩岸工業(yè)園區(qū)的綠色景觀品味，提高周邊土地利用價(jià)值，為南川工業(yè)園區(qū)乃至西寧市區(qū)營(yíng)造出一個(gè)舒適、生態(tài)人居環(huán)境，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)該區(qū)域土地和水資源的可持續(xù)利用。 



       Nan Chuan River  is tributary of Huang  Shui River. Affected  by natural condition and human factor,  some problems exist such as lacking flood carrying capacity, sewage straight discharge, big sediment concentration, wetland degradation, lacking landscape. Our team undertakes comprehensive improvement of related river channel. We implement projects as flood control project, sewage interception pipeline project, gallery rehabilitation projects and river landscape projects, to form integrated flood control system, to rehabilitate river channel, to reduce river ecological impact  by sediment accumulation, and to create a comfort –living ecological environment, and to realize a sustainable utilization on land and water in project area.
