哈爾濱水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與修復(fù)規(guī)劃
此規(guī)劃提出了構(gòu)建“以松花江為綱，百里生態(tài)長(zhǎng)廊帶動(dòng)兩翼、北國(guó)和諧水系，一江三河三溝三湖自然健康，地表水地下水兼顧，路域與水域相呼應(yīng)”的健康水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)總體目標(biāo)，為哈爾濱市水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與修復(fù)制定全面、系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的措施奠定基礎(chǔ)。
The planning came up with an overall aim of “on the basis of the Songhua River; the 100 li ecological corridor lead surrounding area; Northern harmony river system; natural health of one river, three channels, three dykes and three lakes; consider both groundwater and surface water; continent correspond with water”. The planning develop a comprehensive, systematic and scientific measures for Harbin aquatic ecosystem on the basis its characteristics and urgent problems.
