為了適應(yīng)新疆吐魯番市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，吐魯番市政府考慮規(guī)劃建設(shè)大河沿供水工程。工程建成后，大河沿水庫(kù)工程將是一座具有城鎮(zhèn)供水、農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉和重點(diǎn)工業(yè)供水任務(wù)為主，具有綜合開(kāi)發(fā)任務(wù)的中型水利樞紐工程，滿足吐魯番市城區(qū)及周邊地區(qū)生活、工業(yè)用水需求，同時(shí)利用供水產(chǎn)生灌溉效益。我公司負(fù)責(zé)該項(xiàng)目PPP前期咨詢，主要包括財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)、項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、融資結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等，為當(dāng)?shù)卣罱K決策提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
